| April 28, 2016, 08:10:38 am Lisa says: BP....cookies never crossed my mind. I clean out cookies every 2-3 days and that might be why I don't have the same problem. In fact, sometimes I clean cookies and check for malware every night when I turn off my computer (if I remember). I can get from 100-300 cookies every time I run my maleware. These cookies are meant to follow you on the net and see what you are doing. |

They are telling me that they have experienced the same problem but can't figure out what is causing it, since they have not been able" to create the extact conditions to recreate the issue". They left me a 2nd post later that they had made some changes and only time will tell if they have corrected the problem. I guess the biggest problem is they can't recreate the issue so they can look at it in real time and see what the problem is. Sorry guys!!! Let me know if the problem continues, since they say they have made a change. Keeping my fingers crossed that that change helped..... |
