December 18, 2018, 03:21:06 pm Lisa: Merry Christmas Kayla. and everyone else if they drop in.  Sometimes you will see my name and that is because I actually hit the wrong thing on my favorites when I am trying to get into my Ancestry tree.  I just happened to do it again...LOL   I'm doing well, my sister in law and I were busy yesterday all day long cooking for Christmas.  We are having it at my house.  Again....MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone!!

June 25, 2017, 09:20:51 am Lisa says: Now they are calling it a downburst storm....I got some pictures to post later.  We knew we were supposed to get a cold front coming in and we were glad....temps last week had been in the triple digits....hottest day had been 110 and this week should be in the mid 80s.  So that was a good thing...but we had no idea it was bringing in this storm.  Picture this storm beginning in Odessa TX which is about 160 miles from us...lots of damage from there to here.  Good thing most of it was over rural areas.  Its a beautiful day today...except for people who had damage to deal with.

June 24, 2017, 05:24:56 pm Lisa says: Well it has been a hell of 21 hrs!!  We had a horrific storm last night...winds were 90-100 miles per hour, thunder, lightening, hail and heavy, heavy rain...lots of flooding.  We had so much damage...we still have lots of homes without power....lots of trees down...one building collapsed.  One of our hospitals received lots of damage and could not take any patients last night.  I have not had my roof checked yet...but we are OK.  I never lost power, but I did lose my cable, internet & phone last night about 10:15 pm.  Bryan went in last night and worked all night long and just got home a few hours ago.  My cable, internet & phone finally came back up about 15mins ago...so I'm my way to close my GAN Auctions.
